2. Laboratory Usage Disclaimer
Our hardware validation tools are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes.
While we strive for scientific accuracy using browser-based APIs (WebGPU, Web Audio, etc.), we
cannot guarantee consistency across all hardware/software configurations.
Warning: You agree that GearVerify is not liable
for any hardware instability, thermal throttling, or component degradation arising from the
use of our stress-testing tools.
3. Intellectual Property
The "GearVerify" brand, the "Studio-White" design language, and the underlying AXO diagnostic
definitions are proprietary intellectual property of GearVerify Laboratory. You may not
reproduce our diagnostic vector assets or benchmark algorithms without permission.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
GearVerify participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Product recommendations
in our "Laboratory Selection" carousels may generate a commission for us at no extra cost to
you. This supports our ongoing research and server costs.
